Periods should never limit a girls’ potential. Yet for many girls across Africa, lack of access to sanitary products leads to school drop-out and increased vulnerability.

In 2022, we launched 3 new reusable sanitary pad hubs in Ghana and Uganda. These hubs provide livelihoods for talented trainee tailors, while manufacturing essential sanitary resources for girls’ and young women.

This year, our hubs will produce over 5,000 reusable sanitary pad sets to be distributed for free to girls’ in need.
